- US shipping addresses typically arrive within 3 - 6 business days after processing.
There are some cases where these times maybe extended.

1. Order Processing Time
- All of our orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days. This time maybe extended to 7 days during promotional periods, holidays, and for products in high demand.
- After the order is shipped out and received by the carrier, we will update you with a tracking number which you can use to follow your package and see the remaining shipping time.
- Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update once you receive your shipping notification email.
- If you do not receive your items within 14 business days (after processing), we will refund you the cost of that particular item (not the entire order). Please send a refund request to support@PlannerThings.com (see #6).
2. Shipping Address Changes
- If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email and include your new shipping address.
- Once the order is shipped, we can not alter the shipping address anymore.
3. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times.
- Covid-19 Update: Please be aware that delivery times may be extended as our carriers also experience service delays. We are doing everything we can to meet our shipping and delivery timeframes.
- All shipments are based on some or all of the following: weight, dimensions, ship from location, and the destination of the items in the order. We provide multiple shipping options which contain a variety of costs and delivery times.
- We apply a 5% handling charge to all orders regardless of destination.
- We may apply an additional charge to items that have an exceptional weight. It will be listed in the product description.
- Shipping prices may change based on current national shipping prices. Prices are typically higher from October through December of each year due to the holidays.
- Be aware that these delivery times can become longer when your order is placed during busier periods such as near Christmas or Thanksgiving or when your product is in high demand.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- Currently, we are only to the US.
5. Packages Damaged, Lost, or Missing While in Transit
- If you suspect that your package is lost or missing while in transit, please contact us by email. We can contact the shipping company to investigate the issue.
- If your package has indeed gone missing, we will send you a new one free of charge or send you a full refund.
