Shipping Policy

*Most items arrive between 14 to 21 days, however, please allow up to 30 days after your order has been shipped for your item(s) to arrive.*

1. Order Processing Time

  • All of our orders are processed within 3-5 business days. This time maybe extended during holidays.
  • After the order is shipped out and received by the carrier, we will update you with a tracking number which you can use to follow your package and see the remaining shipping time.
  • Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update once your order has been processed.
  • If you do not receive your items within 60 days, we will refund you the cost of that particular item (not the entire order). Please send a refund request to

2. Shipping Address Changes

  • If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email and include your new shipping address.
  • Once the order is shipped, we can not alter the shipping address anymore.

3. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times.

  • We do offer flat rate shipping for customers based in the USA using a tier pricing system. Unfortunately, we cannot offer it to other destinations at this time. International shipments are based on some or all of the following: weight, dimensions, ship from location, and the destination of the items in the order.
  • We provide multiple shipping options which contain a variety of costs and delivery times for destinations other than the USA.
  • Be aware that these delivery times can become longer when your order is placed during busier periods such as near Christmas or Thanksgiving or when your product is in high demand.

 4. Shipping Restrictions

  • Due to some restrictions, we may not be able to ship to certain locations. We'll keep you updated if restrictions change for your location.

5. Packages Damaged, Lost, or Missing While in Transit

  • If you suspect that your package is lost or missing while in transit, please contact us by email. We can contact the shipping company to investigate the issue.
  • If your package has indeed gone missing, we will send you a new one free of charge or send you a full refund.
