- You must initiate your return within 7 business days of delivery by sending an email to support@PlannerThings.com . (If 7 business days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund.)
- We require a receipt or proof of purchase attached to your email in order to begin your request. Please mail your returns to:
- The shipping costs paid by you will be refunded once you email us and state that you wish to return your item. (It will be prorated if you are returning only a portion of your order.) The price you paid for your product will be refunded to you after we receive and approve your return.
- Your items must be received within 15 days of your return request email. (If 15 days have gone by since the date of your request, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund.)
- You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not responsible for lost or delayed deliveries.
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Some items are not eligible for return such as gift cards and downloads.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. In case of rejection, you will receive an explanation.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
- Only partial refunds are granted for: (if applicable)
- Items like planners, notebooks, journals, and accessories with obvious signs of use.
- Any item not in its original condition or is damaged or missing parts/pieces for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
- We do not provide refunds or replacement items if you provided an incorrect shipping address.
- Clearance items are FINAL SALE. No refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your account again.
- Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@PlannerThings.com.
- We do not handle exchanges.
- Please follow the steps in the return procedures to begin your return.
- You may place a new order for the item once your receive a refund (if eligible).
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
